Refund Policy

At DoughZone Tech, we sell digital products including Roblox maps, vehicles, scripts, gears, and other digital assets. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once delivery has been completed.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

• The purchased product was not delivered.

• The customer was charged multiple times for the same order.

• The product files are corrupted or inaccessible and DoughZone Tech is unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Lack of knowledge on how to use the product.

• Incompatibility with third-party systems not specified on the product page.

• Failure to read the product description before purchase.

• Accidental purchases made by the customer.

• Requests submitted after the product has been successfully delivered and is functioning as described.
